Onboarding our First Nations People requires a different approach to mainstream employment onboarding programs. Indigenous Technology can support its clients to ensure recruitment of Indigenous People is highly successful and that each successful candidate feels well supported, regardless of employment in a corporate, regional, or remote setting. Indigenous Technology is also able to consult to clients who wish to manage this element within existing organisational structures.
